Do you deliver across Bangladesh?

Midmart does not deliver anything. Each shop arranges its own courier, and how far it will ship is set by that shop — check its page before you order.

How long does delivery take?

That is between you and the shop. The shop books the courier and gives the estimate; Midmart does not schedule or track deliveries.

What's your return policy?

Midmart has none to give — each shop publishes its own return terms on its page, and the shop honours them. Midmart records the order and can act on a shop that ignores its own policy.

Can I check the product before paying?

On a cash-on-delivery order, yes — you inspect the parcel and pay the shop at your door. Nothing is paid to Midmart at any point.

Are your products genuine?

The listings belong to the shops, not to Midmart, so we cannot warrant any item. We check a seller's identity and business documents before it can sell, and we remove shops that are reported for counterfeits.

How do I pay?

You pay the shop directly, in the way that shop accepts — usually cash on delivery. Midmart never collects, holds or forwards your money.

Why is delivery charged separately for each shop?

Because each shop ships its own parcel with its own courier. An order from two shops is two parcels and two delivery charges — nothing is pooled, because Midmart never handles the goods.
