Trendora BD থেকে অর্ডার করা পণ্য সাধারণত অর্ডার নিশ্চিত হওয়ার ১–২ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে কুরিয়ারে পাঠানো হয়।
ঢাকার ভেতরে সাধারণত ২–৩ কার্যদিবস এবং ঢাকার বাইরে ৩–৫ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে পণ্য পৌঁছে দেওয়া হয়।
ডেলিভারি সময় কুরিয়ার সার্ভিস ও গ্রাহকের অবস্থানের ওপর নির্ভর করে পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে। পণ্য পাঠানোর পর গ্রাহককে প্রয়োজনীয় আপডেট জানানো হবে।
Return policy
পণ্য হাতে পাওয়ার পর কোনো পণ্য ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত, ত্রুটিপূর্ণ অথবা অর্ডারের সঙ্গে অমিল হলে ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে আমাদের জানাতে হবে।
পণ্য অব্যবহৃত এবং মূল অবস্থায় থাকতে হবে। যাচাইয়ের পর প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে পণ্য পরিবর্তন বা রিটার্নের ব্যবস্থা করা হবে।
আমাদের ভুল বা পণ্যের ত্রুটির কারণে রিটার্ন হলে ডেলিভারি চার্জ Trendora BD বহন করবে। অন্য কোনো কারণে রিটার্ন গ্রহণ করা হবে কি না, তা পরিস্থিতি অনুযায়ী নির্ধারণ করা হবে।
Warranty
পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে আলাদা কোনো ওয়ারেন্টি উল্লেখ না থাকলে অফিসিয়াল ওয়ারেন্টি প্রযোজ্য হবে না।
তবে পণ্য হাতে পাওয়ার পর কোনো ত্রুটি বা সমস্যা দেখা দিলে দ্রুত আমাদের সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করুন। আমরা বিষয়টি যাচাই করে প্রয়োজনীয় সহযোগিতা করার চেষ্টা করব।
