আমরা সারা বাংলাদেশে হোম ডেলিভারি দিয়ে থাকি।
*২. ডেলিভারি সময়:*
- ঢাকার ভিতরে: ২৪ থেকে ৪৮ ঘণ্টা
- ঢাকার বাইরে: ২ থেকে ৪ কার্যদিবস
বিঃদ্রঃ কুরিয়ার জটিলতা বা আবহাওয়াজনিত কারণে সময় কিছুটা বেশি লাগতে পারে।
*৩. ডেলিভারি চার্জ:*
- ঢাকার ভিতরে: ৭০ টাকা
- ঢাকার বাইরে: ১৩০ টাকা
- ১৫০০ টাকার বেশি অর্ডারে ঢাকার ভিতরে ডেলিভারি চার্জ একদম ফ্রি!
*৪. ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি:*
আমাদের সব প্রোডাক্ট ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারিতে পাঠানো হয়। ঢাকার বাইরের অর্ডারের ক্ষেত্রে ডেলিভারি চার্জ ১৩০ টাকা অগ্রিম বিকাশ/নগদ করতে হবে অর্ডার কনফার্ম করার জন্য।
*৫. পার্সেল চেক:*
ডেলিভারি ম্যানের সামনে পার্সেল খুলে চেক করে নেবেন। ডেলিভারি ম্যান চলে যাওয়ার পর কোনো অভিযোগ গ্রহণ করা হবে না। আমাদের ভুলে ভুল প্রোডাক্ট গেলে আমরা নিজ খরচে পরিবর্তন করে দেব।
