Midmart FAQs
The shop you bought from. Every shop on Midmart ships with its own courier and sets its own delivery area and estimate, so check the shop's page before you order. Midmart does not dispatch, book or track deliveries.
You pay the shop directly, in the way that shop accepts — usually cash on delivery, so you can check the product before any money changes hands. Midmart never collects, holds or forwards your money.
Because each shop ships its own parcel with its own courier. A cart with items from three shops is three parcels and three delivery charges. Items from the same shop ship together for one charge.
Returns and exchanges follow the selling shop's own policy, which is shown on its shop page and on every product it lists. Contact the shop from your order page. Midmart keeps the order record and can act on a shop that ignores its own policy.
On a cash-on-delivery order, yes — inspect the parcel at your door and pay the shop only if it is what you ordered. You can refuse it otherwise. Never send an advance payment to a number given to you in a message.
Listings belong to the shops, not to Midmart, so Midmart cannot warrant any item — any warranty comes from the shop or the brand. We check a seller's identity and business documents before it can sell, and remove shops reported for counterfeits.
Your order page shows the status the shop updates as it confirms and ships your order. The shop books the courier, so for the courier's tracking number, ask the shop from your order page.
Pay only when your parcel arrives and keep the conversation on Midmart. Every shop, product and review has a report link; reports go to Midmart moderators, never to the seller. Repeated complaints suspend a shop pending review, and serious fraud gets it delisted.
Register at /seller/register. Selling on Midmart is free — no commission and no listing fee. Once your identity and business documents are verified, you list products, collect payment from buyers your own way and deliver with your own courier.
No. Selling on Midmart is free — no commission, no listing fee, no cut of delivery. Sellers keep the full amount they collect from you.
