সময়সীমা ও শর্ত: "পণ্য হাতে পাওয়ার পর ৭ দিনের মধ্যে রিটার্ন বা পরিবর্তন করা যাবে। তবে পণ্য অব্যবহৃত ও ত্রুটিমুক্ত থাকতে হবে।" ডেলিভারি খরচ: "আমাদের ভুুল বা পণ্যে কোনো ত্রুটি না থাকলে রিটার্নের ডেলিভারি খরচ ক্রেতাকেই বহন করতে হবে।"
শর্ত: "আমাদের শপের নির্দিষ্ট পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে প্রযোজ্য শর্ত সাপেক্ষে ওয়ারেন্টি প্রদান করা হয় (যেমন: শুধুমাত্র উৎপাদনজনিত ত্রুটির ক্ষেত্রে)।"
