Sell online from Tangail

The Tangail saree is the district's signature product online. Cotton, half-silk and silk saree from Pathrail, Delduar and Kalihati sell well across the country, especially before Pahela Baishakh, Durga Puja and Eid. Show close-up photos of the border and weave, name the village and the weaver where you can, and pack each saree folded in tissue in a flat box. Porabari chamcham and other sweets ship only short distances in sealed boxes; Madhupur pineapples sell from about May to August and need ventilated cartons; Garo handloom fabrics and bamboo crafts from Madhupur also attract gift buyers.
