SPAYLO-তে প্রতিটি অর্ডার যত্নসহকারে প্যাকেজিং করে গ্রাহকের কাছে পৌঁছে দেওয়া হয়।

ঢাকার ভেতরে আমাদের নিজস্ব রাইডারের মাধ্যমে সাধারণত ১–২ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে এবং ঢাকার বাইরে কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসের মাধ্যমে সাধারণত ৩–৫ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে পণ্য ডেলিভারি করা হয়।

ডেলিভারির সময় এলাকা, আবহাওয়া ও কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসের পরিস্থিতির কারণে পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।

SPAYLO গ্রাহকের সন্তুষ্টিকে সর্বোচ্চ গুরুত্ব দেয়।

পণ্য গ্রহণের ৭ দিনের মধ্যে প্রযোজ্য শর্ত অনুযায়ী রিটার্নের অনুরোধ করা যাবে। পণ্য অব্যবহৃত, অক্ষত এবং মূল প্যাকেজিংসহ থাকতে হবে।

ভুল পণ্য, ত্রুটিপূর্ণ পণ্য অথবা বর্ণনার সঙ্গে অসামঞ্জস্যপূর্ণ পণ্য সরবরাহ করা হলে গ্রাহক আমাদের সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করতে পারবেন।

ব্যক্তিগত পছন্দের কারণে রিটার্নের ক্ষেত্রে প্রযোজ্য ডেলিভারি চার্জ গ্রাহককে বহন করতে হতে পারে। রিটার্ন অনুমোদনের আগে SPAYLO-এর কাস্টমার সাপোর্টের সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করতে হবে।

SPAYLO-তে বিক্রিত পণ্যের ওয়ারেন্টি সংশ্লিষ্ট পণ্যের বিবরণ ও প্রস্তুতকারকের শর্ত অনুযায়ী প্রযোজ্য হবে।

যেসব পণ্যে ওয়ারেন্টি সুবিধা রয়েছে, সেসব পণ্যের জন্য নির্ধারিত সময়সীমা ও শর্ত প্রযোজ্য হবে। স্বাভাবিক ব্যবহারজনিত ক্ষয়ক্ষতি, অসতর্ক ব্যবহারে সৃষ্ট ক্ষতি এবং অননুমোদিত পরিবর্তনের ক্ষেত্রে ওয়ারেন্টি প্রযোজ্য নাও হতে পারে।
