Delivery policy
Inside Dhaka, we deliver within 2 days through our own delivery rider or Steadfast Courier. Outside Dhaka, delivery takes approximately 3–5 days via Steadfast Courier.
Return policy
Unopened items can be returned within 3 days. Return delivery is paid by the buyer unless the item is faulty.
Warranty
1-year warranty from the date of purchase against material and workmanship defects, including buttons, zippers, and stitching. Repairs for such defects will be provided free of charge upon presentation of the original purchase receipt (memo).
